Wonderful, This one is perfect for my use. It has everything i needed and is very fast and easy to use.

Love my new/ used computer. It is an amazing touch screen all in one computer I would have paid over 1,000 but i bought it used but it was inspected by the Squad and worked after a few kinks.

I absolutely love my HP 27" touch screen All-in-One computer! The display is large, crisp images, and perfect for everything from browsing to streaming. The touchscreen is super responsive and very easy to use. Setup was quick, and it runs smoothy without lag even when multitasking. I also looks sleek and clean on my desk with minimal clutter. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, easy to use all -in-one desktop!

I really appreciate this computer. the all in one has fewer cords and less equipment. It works really well. Connected to my 12 year old printer right away.

Working from home, we need all the comforts and support just as if we're in the office setting, and this did the trick. The right price for a great product. THANKS.

Very easy to use,, it really listens to what you say. I can't remember if it was AI or co-pilot but it kept saying things asking me if I wanted to do this. I had enough and i SAID i WISH YOU WOULD leave me alone. It said ok but if you need me I am here. End of problem

Our old computer grew sluggish and stoggy , so we decided to try this one . Great deal and easy terms . And this computer does things we couldn't have concieved of ! Tech marches on and we got ahold of some . Wonderful!

Works well for what we need. Big screen and small footprint

We purchased the HP 27" touch screen computer and the fan failed the first week. We took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it and rebooted all the data within three days. Great service. The present computer is working fine and we enjoy the large screen and the latest windows 11 programs, but we are still learning.

Having had an HP desk top for many years I was reluctant to get an all-in-one but this has been an easy transition, A bonus is I now have freed up space where the tower previously sat. I only use my computer for personal work so this provides the needed applications. I like the adjustable height for the display, I am having issues with the speaker as I often hear crackling with music. I will take in to Best Buy to see if they can resolve.

Great experience with this purchase... I was meet in the sales area by two salesmen who were most knowledgeable in directing me to the correct purchase for my computer needs... I can't be more pleased with the purchase and the easy setup!!!

This is one of the best All-In-One Computers I have ever had. Super easy to use. I love that I can adjust the screen to move it up or down. It's also a touch screen, nice feature. Lots of memory to store all my favorite pictures & videos. I definitely will buy this brand again!

Love the All-In-One! No muss, no fuss. Had Geek Squad transfer files from old to new. Brought it home and plugged it in. Took a while to find some of my files, but eventually found everything that had been transferred. Would I do it again? YES!!!

Wanted a more compact pc. Works well for intended use.. keeping up with expenditures, videos and web.

Excellent - but I got it in the 24" screen! I originally wanted the 27" but it could not fit into the space on my desk. I went back to the gracious and accommodating staff at Best Buy on Rainbow in Las Vegas and they made sure I got the correct size. It is a terrific PC! Fast and reliable so far! I am really pleased with the quality of ALLL my purchases at Best Buy. The care and assistance is awesome!
