I bought this for my dad - it was easy to set up and the amazing assistance by customer service and Geek Squad made it simple to transfer the information from the old computer.

Considering my old computer is running windows 8, this was a huge improvement.I love the 27" screen.

The computer works fine. Just wish that more items transferred over from old computer. Was not as much as had been expecting.

Nice computer and much faster than my previous one. The all-in-one style is very nice in an office environment with limited space.

Little things should be better -- the mouse is clunky; the surface of the unit base is felt-like, and attacts & retains a lot of dust and pet hair. One not-so-little thing is the microphone, it's either poor quality or poorly placed. To use it for searching I have to be very close to the unit (2-3") and there can't be any background noise at all, or else what I say is misunderstood. It's just about worthless and I end up typing for searches instead of speaking. Very annoying and time-wasting.

Use this all the time for work! Extremely great quality just wish it had a cam!

Needed a new computer. Always had laptop but this desktop made a big difference. Met all the requirements I need. Geek squad set up and transferred my data. What a breeze!

I had to upgrade my AIO Hp to get Windows 11 computer. I loved my older all in one HP. It was nice and heavy and very easy to turn on the keyboard was fantastic. However, with this HP, it seems to be all recycled, very lightweight. The keyboard is awful- it sticks, and is very slow to respond. The most frustrating part is the power button -even when I can tell it is asleep and the light is blinking, pressing, and holding the button for a few seconds does not turn it on the monitor. I wind up having to turn the whole thing off and then turn it back on.

Love it! Simple to hook up and like the screen size- bought a bigger 27 inch screen originally- felt way too big.
