The 27” screen is easy to see as we are elderly. The sales person at Best Buy was very helpful in meeting our needs. We are Total Tech members and have used it to clean up our computer and highly recommend. Best Buy for all your tech needs.

The screen "wobbles" a bit when you move it, but it is very steady. The base weighs enough to keep it secure. I like the way the adjustable height works and the cord organizer in the back.

Watch out

After many phobe calls to.hp and best buy, the keyboard never worked. Instead of just exchanging the keyboard, hadto get new computer. Lost the 7.5 % and the computer kept crashing until i went with Mcafee and removed the Aura. Still trying to get best buy to honor the 7.5. Since then it has gone up to 30% and i did not return it. Best buy wanted me to pay someone in the next teir so it wouldn't crash... I figured it out myself.
