I love my new HP computer. I love the speed, I love the 27" screen and the height of the screen, I like the Touch-screen also which I had with my previous Dell computer. I hope it gives me several years of good service!!

Beautiful screen, fast pc, does everything I need it to do. Love it.

Size of screen and Touch Function are great. But the system itself is slow to start up. It takes about 5 minutes or more to complete a boot up due to processes running in the background. And even after bootup, every time you come back to the computer after taking a break and the system logs you back in it takes almost 5 minutes again to bring the system back to full life. Unless you run task manager immediately and it for some reason perks right up.

I haven't had a new computer in 12 years. Was still using Windows 8, which I never really learned how to use properly. Love this computer. The screen is sharp and clear. It's easy to use and intuitive even for this dinosaur tech challenged person.

I replaced my 11 yr old HP with the new model all in one. It is everything I had hoped for and more. Fast....easy to operate...and it transferred all my info from my old computer

Great update for an older desktop. This is faster, with a bigger screen and much less clutter.

We are happy with this HP All-In-One PC. It was a breeze to setup and to transfer information from our old 2012 HP Pavilion tower desktop. Most settings, apps, docs, and photos transferred perfectly. Because of the age of our old PC, we had to upgrade some apps and manually transfer some photos. The display is the perfect size and high quality resolution. The keyboard and mouse use batteries. I would prefer corded keyboard or rechargeable, but it's not a deal breaker. In the old days, new PC's came with horrible bloatware. No more! Yay! Over all, great combo price and quality.

This computer is great fast and efficient. The screen is large so you don’t have to worry about trying to see everything.the only think I wish it had was a built in camera.

I mistakenly bought a larger screen than I intended but am glad I did. Can easily read even from a distance. Love the height adjustment! It is so easy to use. Still learning all there is to know about this new computer but am happy with every new trick I learn.

I love my new computer. It is fast and so very easy to use. I also like the keyboard and mouse. They have no cords attached to this computer. Al;so, the people at Best Buy were so nice and did such a great job in moving my files to the new computer. I highly recommend buying your next computer from Best Buy!!

Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen 7 processor combined with 16GB RAM handles multitasking easily—I can run multiple applications without any lag.
