Love, Love my new HP desktop. So excited to have an updated, bright screen and good-looking desktop again.

This all-in-one is great. It has everything I need and has great features. The Webcam at the top goes up and down with a small press which is great for privacy. the best HP I ever have!!

I have been using computers since the beginning and HP has always been my personal favorite. But this one has a thorn! I've had HP tech work on this, but problem still exist. I've had to change the keyboard (keys sticking) and mouse (unresponsive). Mind you this is a new PC. PC goes to sleep and will not wake even though the light indicates it's on. I need to turn is off and back on. Sometimes it comes on and it's a black screen which forces me to turn it back off and on again. This pretty much happens daily! Very annoying and frustrating!

So far this product has been worth the investment. Good quality and sturdy

the primary "thing" i do not care for is the keyboard requires a "fob" inserted into the back of the desk top all in one HP i prefer a bluetooth wireless keybaord.

Purchased to replace an older model. We love HP and this one is even better than the last! We purchased the all in one and my husband, in particular, loves it.

Planning on returning for an upgrade. Not enough memory for my needs. Have already called Best Buy in Rio Piedras, PR and they have commented they are ready and happy to assist me. Have never had problems with Best Buys' willingness to help their customers.

Needed help seting up the blue tooth keyboard and mouse

Bought this over the phone - they said it was open box but in brand new conditions with all accessories. Get to the store to pick up and it doesn’t even have a power cord yet alone a keyboard and mouse. The height adjuster was also broken. Unusable device. Did not accept and returned due to the deception of the sales person

I am very happy with the purchase of this computer. It has everything I need.

The computer is good I don't like that it has Very few inputs in the back, will need an adaptor to hook up cables.

The adjustments are very simple to use to get the most out of views. Bright and beautiful colors. Nothing wrong with that ! :)

I am happy with the product, although when I order the computer, I mistakenly did not purchase the warranty. My computer screen got messed up, and now I cannot use a brand new computer.

Absolutely love the monitor size and quality. Definitely worth the money

Computer is great but Geek Squad helped out with several issues transferring data from 20 year old HP drive with multiple users!
