I have had multiple challenges with this device. Which has led to ~2 hours of virtual Geek Squad support. Keyboard stops working intermittently usually at start up or idle. Would happen at least once daily. Tech support says it was part of the Windows 11 update from a month ago. Thankfully, that has not continued since Tech support ~ 2 days ago. Screen blinks black intermittently. This has continued even after Tech Support. Computer has shut down by itself 3 times in the 2 weeks that I have had it. I DO have it running on a surge protector with backup-battery, which did keep me connected with a power outage. So these self shutdowns are not apparently do to external power problems. This computer seems to run more slowly than my last computer which was not as powerful and did not have as much memory. I still get the running/waiting circle quite often, even since Tech support.

This was an open box purchase, and it was a great deal for the options and performance this computer has. Only issue was because it was open box, it came with a keyboard, but did not come with a mouse so I'm having to use my old ones, which is kind of a bummer. But great deal nonetheless.

This computer fits my needs. I use it for at home files, spreadsheets, docs, and more. It is a great size and so easy to use. I make tons of spreadsheets as an independent contractor so it is a good fit for me. I do recommend this computer.

Works great. Sleek and I love how I Lucan adjust the screen height. Camera is clear. Loads fast. I like the touch screen as well. 10/10 recommend

After using it for a college semester, a few games, and hours of watching tv, I fully recommend this computer. The All-in-one is powerful, lots of storage, the touch screen doesn’t get disgusting (I don’t use this feature the most, but enough that it was fully worth getting one with this feature)

I bought this computer to replace the one I bought about 10 years ago. The old one is still working, but I wanted something faster with brighter colors. It was also time to update Microsoft word, etc., so it made sense to update on a new computer. I like all-in-one touch-screen myself, but I know it is not for everyone. The cat walks by, swishes her tale and my screen changes sometimes. You get used to it!

Amazing machine. Im certain i havent began to scratch the surface of what it is capable of. Copilot is awesomeness. Touch screen is grear. I love biometrics passkeys! You gotta have my face to get into the computer!. Great product. Im pleased with my purchase

love my brand new all in one touch screen, very happy with my purchase. The help I received at best buy was fantastic, I went to my local best buy and did not have the greatest customer service so drove to San Bernardino location, and unfortunately, I forgot the young man's name, but he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and fast to check me out. Overall love my Hp All in One Touchscreen definitely recommend!

This is great. The touch screen is the best. I love this new all in one computer. Screen is large and bright. Easy to set up. Doesn't take very long.

Brought this to replace another AIO PC that was just getting too slow. Specs are good and performance is solid, but that is not the best part. The best part is only having 1 cable coming out of the PC directly into the power outlet. NO MORE CLUTTER.

We had to replace our old all in one computer. Not being especially tech savvy using fairly basic programs for email, internet search/shopping and news, Best Buy recommended this system. As Total Tech Members, we had Geek Squad transfer our data and complete set-up. It’s so much faster than our old computer. The monitor imagery is very clear and sharp. The set up process was very smooth

The advice that I got to buy this particular computer was spot on. Works as advertised. Very fast, large monitor. You need a big desk for it.

I'm happy with my purchase. Although I went through a lot of changes. At the end it was worth it.

Love the non-bulk of a tower and monitor. The All-in-One is the way to go. Could've saved $149.00 though because I already had the WORD app through my google account and wasn't told I could just use that.
