Terrific stand alone computer.

I do like the touch capability since I only have the function of one arm since surgery. I am anxious to try the different capabilities that are available.

I held off reviewing the purchase because it took me, at 70+ years old, some time to become accustomed to a computer with so many new and improved features. The more I use the computer, the more I like it. I haven't needed to enlist the help of the Best Buy Geek squad, but I know that if needed, they will be there to support me as they have in the past.

I liked everything about this one: great picture, adjustable height, touch screen, decent sound - the whole package. I purchased an open box first, marked "excellent condition". The screen was freezing during streaming. I thought I got a lemon so I returned it and purchased a brand new one. Same problem. Back it went. I then opted for an Asus (Model: VM670KAT-R51TB SKU: 6644119) which I paired with a Bose sound bar and I'm happy. Thankfully, Best Buy makes it SO easy! Would not purchase electronics anywhere else!

Happy Purchaser of Open Box Computer

For the tasks needed it was a great fit and at a great price. We reviewed the open package in store and Geek Squad found dongle for keyboard and mouse missing - so they replaced those. The manager in Computers was really great.
