Annoying and frustrating

But this one has a thorn! I've had HP tech work on this, but problem still exist. I've had to change the keyboard (keys sticking) and mouse (unresponsive). Mind you this is a new PC. PC goes to sleep and will not wake even though the light indicates it's on. I need to turn is off and back on. Sometimes it comes on and it's a black screen which forces me to turn it back off and on again. This pretty much happens daily! Very annoying and frustrating!

The computer comes with excellent software options. The camera is has perfect lighting.Copilot oh my it makes everything so easy. I am satisfied.

HP Computers in Best Buy is the Best

Only thing is my several year old all in one prints from computer but can’t scan to computer. Seems like it is unsupported. Don’t want to buy one just to scan but will have to decide something.
