Get a warranty. ..

It will need to be completely wiped and reset and fixed by Geek Squad due to harddrive issues. Thankfully its still under warranty, but only just. This is the 2nd all in one computer weve had similar issues with. Would not recommend this style in future.

Broken AND incomplete

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an "open box" item with a product description to include the all-in-one screen, and wireless keyboard and mouse (roughly $250 off for purchasing a returned product priced at almost $1000 new). when it arrived it was ONLY the monitor and power cables and stand in the box. Customer service informed me that I "shouldn't expect to receive everything the description on a 'refurbished' item". After that, I got it unboxed and connected to power to find that it OBVIOUSLY had been dropped om it's corner and completely ruined the screen. fortunately had a good experience returning it in store - that's the only reason for even giving this experience one good star, otherwise no stars were earned.
