Lemon Purchase

It has been doing this since I purchased the computer. Also, the mouse freezes all the time. I need to turn it off and on constantly to use it.

Wish I had bought another brand

The other proved very difficult for my IT person to install remote access software, which has been installed on over a dozen of our PCs. Don't understand why, but I won't be buying another one. HP and Dell are typically our "go to" brands. Very disappointing.

Couldn't be fixed. Was given a brand new computer as a replacement. The associate at the Geek Squad was very helpful. So far no issues with the new computer.

Terrible experience!!!!!

When that was done, it took a month to finally get a bill to pay it off. I was told if I applied for a Best Buy credit card I would get $100 in store credit. That never happened because the sales person paid for the computer by using the card which I did not agree to that. It would be great if persons at Topeka BB were trained to be knowledgeable about store deals.

Very slow

I upgrades due to Windows11 compatibility and wish I would have chosen something different. I would not recommend this computer unless you are VERY patient.
