Just tecieved my mew computer

Ordered an open box item, Excellent categoryif thead excellent wow!!!!!. It was suppose to be in the original packing? I didnt even have to open the box, was already open with one small pillow to proct the computer? Sent it back immediately!!!

Slow and not Capable

Bad Computer and Best Buy Support

Hard drive went out

One was resolved digitally, the 2nd one, required me to go in to the store with it. Who needs that? Especially within 1 week of use? If you are a tech person, you can take your chances, if not, I do not recommend this. It's just a nice looking piece of equipment.

Possible lemon

Tried wired mouse and wired keyboard. No luck. Ran 2 embroidery machines for less than a year. Now, worthless. Please..... If this is an isolated event, then take this review as an exception! Was told no return either, so BYE best buy after 20 plus years.
