Need Upgrade For My Computer

Have already called Best Buy in Rio Piedras, PR and they have commented they are ready and happy to assist me. Have never had problems with Best Buys' willingness to help their customers.

My computer screen got messed up, and now I cannot use a brand new computer.

Had potential

Get to the store to pick up and it doesn’t even have a power cord yet alone a keyboard and mouse. The height adjuster was also broken. Unusable device. Did not accept and returned due to the deception of the sales person

After two months, the ink on the key letters is worn off. I have my old keyboard for many years before that happened. This was less than 60 days. POOR quality

Good computer

Useless. I ended up using an old wired mouse and keyboard. I use the computer for large Excel spreadsheets and it works fine.

NEW COMPUTER

Some of them updates over my old computer (Windows 7) are a ;ittle hard to get used to. Still trying to find some things i.e free games w/o ads thatt I had before.

Low Quality

I had a similar older all in one that this one replaced, and the quality just feels cheap. Have had keyboard issues and the speakers sound blown and the quality besides that is poor. Have spent hours troubleshooting and with microsoft and hp support with no fixes.
