    It’s been three weeks and so far my mother is pleased with it except for the fact she’s not able to get online due to issues on the HP side of things!! Maybe they’ll have it fixed today. Could not connect with the WiFi!!

    Sixty-three days and this computer sucks. Freezing up and letters show up 15 seconds after I type them. Now I just missed the sixty-day window to return.

    A 1 star rating due to a customer service failure for replacing a keyboard that won't power up due to no contact of the batteries. This is highly unusual and I still hope to get this resolved if I can get a response from Best Buy. I've emailed, called twice and driven to our local store twice in an attempt to get this resolved. My first trip to the store was a little over two weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed in the response, or rather lack of response from customer service. If this isn't resolved soon, I will return the entire system just because I can't get a working keyboard.

    The computer is ok, but the numbers 3 & 6 stick so it makes it fun as a bookkeeper to always have my numbers wrong. I've never had so many number mistakes until I got this computer/monitor/keyboard. I also don't like the way the computers are telling us how we have to do things now instead of just doing it the way we want. AI sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

    Horrible support from HP. PC takes 45 to 60 seconds to wake from sleep mode. Very frustrating. Absolutely no help from HP to resolve this issue. Although the PC is still under warranty, they want me to pay for tech support. Stay away from HP!

    called geek squad to get to operate normally They took control of unit and checked that all was working normally. they installed webroot later the computer still must be restarted every time it sleeps for more than 15 mins, nothing works correctly until restart

    Computer stopped working after a month. Best Buy is not allowed to service HP products, so have to go thru HP, and I have spent countless hours trying to get this computer repaired thru HP. **This is a review of HP and not Best Buy. The Geek Squad member was very helpful and apologetic for HP's policies.

    I returned it cause it kept shutting off. It was a nice AIO but it kept shutting off for no reason. I’m assuming maybe why it was open box .

    In less than 7 days, this experienced 2 glitches. One was resolved digitally, the 2nd one, required me to go in to the store with it. Who needs that? Especially within 1 week of use? If you are a tech person, you can take your chances, if not, I do not recommend this. It's just a nice looking piece of equipment.

    The unit may have been 100% if all the parts were included but being an OPEN BOX EXCELLENT, the original buyer failed to include the power adapter and cord. I had another smaller issue with the screen mount being bent but Best Buy Geek resolved that. There is no way that Best Buy reviews the content of an open box or they don't know what a power supply / cord is.

    I am on my third pc of this model. The hard drive has crashed 2 other times and I have only had this PC for less than a year. They gave me a third one now, but I have no expectations it will last. I expected better from HP.

    This is one of the worst computers I ever purchased! It has horrible sound and mic. I even tried buying an extra soundbar and speakers, it still is very poor! In addition, the base isn't as supportive as other computers. I truly regret this purchase!!!

    This was an open box item that was suppose to be Geek Squad Certified. I think all that was done was put back out for sale. The very first day that I had it the screen had issue with turning a brownish color. I returned the first chance that I got as I did not want to be stuck with having to pay for repairs.

    I spend over $1k and couldn't get any keyboards to work. I finally went to the HP website to look up the driver's for my all-in-one and according to HP, the Windows 11 version 23H2, which this computer has, is incompatible. The touchscreen keyboard has to be open through accessibility each time, no task bar availability. I can't apply any icons to my desktop. Can't install Google apps at all. Think I'm going to check out the Lenovo I loved my Lenovos
