    Chip issue. Cartridge should last over a year but it lasted 1 month and was giving connection issues. We had to buy a whole new printer after buying the separate cartridges at $124

    Received the wrong cartridge for my printer. Need the 202A but was sent the 414A cartridge. the 414A cartridge does not fit into my printer, Need an exchange option for the correct cartridge

    Store sold me a toner that was used and empty or counterfeit. Refused to answer calls. Opened box 2 daya after return window. Lost out on about $100

    You can definitely trust HP to deliver a high quality product. I bought this to save time when needing to replace other toners in my printer. Shipping was fast and free. It beats hands down going locally or other 3rd party brands just to save a buck. I use nothing but genuine HP.
