Got my HP laser printer at bestbuy and the cartridges; great purchase; my husband got a second one!,!

Although Best Buy store showed HP toner I wanted was in stock, it was not available when I went to the store. Store personnel assured me it could be delivered to my home by the next day. Roadie, the delivery service Best Buy partners with, texted me the next day telling me the delivery driver would text me with ETA and if any problems attempting delivery. Driver texted me he was on his way. I texted back community access info. Within a short time driver texted again stating he could not deliver and had returned my item. I texted again asking why he had not contacted me re: any delivery issues. He sent screen shot of some out-of-state random number saying he tried to call me at that number. Which made no sense since he had my phone number as we were texting. Also my community had open access all day due to workers coming/going. Once a driver returns an item, the item is immediately cancelled and a new order has to be placed, and a refund for the original processed. Solution: I placed an order with Amazon who delivered my item the next day. Thought ordering from local retail was helpful but guess Best Buy doesn't need that support. It's been 4 wks and still HAVE NOT rec'd my refund from Best Buy.

The sales people went out of their way to make sure I could find the toner that went with my printer. They are great at what they do.

This product made my life easier, I don’t need to keep purchasing ink because with the toner I can print longer

I give it a five but have yet to use it. However, the one that came with the printer is doing a great job.

Haven’t used this yet but the packaging was in perfect shape, so I will assume the cartridge will be as expected.

A necessary item if you’re going to buy a laser printer. We hope it will last a long time.

Works well and doesn't leak ! The packaging is very sturdy which is important to enable storage in a cabinet.

Nothing like the OEM cartridge, the fakes just don't work well enough to bother.

Since working from home I was going through a lot of ink so we switched printers and the cartridge lasts about 3 weeks.

the per copy cost for toner is reasonable, and we don't worry about cheap aftermarket products damaging our printers
