    Rather than wait until I needed it, I bought an extra cartridge with the printer. Seems to get disconnected more than I like, but I think my internet service is at fault.

    The associate was most helpful. The product was not down on the shelf. He found the one I needed on the top shelves and retrieved it for me. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes

    It is good news that home printers operate using laser toner cartridges. They last so much longer than inkjet cartridges do. I use the HP48a for my HP M29 printer/scanner/copier.
