I'm not one for ink management to my front door-step, but this offer was irresistible. I received my first cartridges within a week of my printer purchase. What can I saw, but WOW! So far, this has been a great value. But time will tell. Right now I'm in Happyville!

I was always running to the store and it was always inconvenient and now my printer knows when it is running low and alerts HP to send me more ink. Smart Plan plus it has roll over pages AND I can adjust the plan easily.

I wish I had this service when I was using more ink last year. It sure saves time when the ink arrives in the mail and you know you have extra. No need to plan ahead. It is convenient ... but hard to see if it is cost effective as it has only been 30 days.

When I was doing a monthly newsletter I went thru a lot of ink and this program was perfect. I received new replacement ink cartridges just before I ran out. Plus the replacement cartridges lasted longer than those I purchased from the store.

Whoever came up with this idea is a genius! Way less expensive than ordering ink and prevents the whole "I just ran out of ink" scenario from happening.

Decided to give it a try, will see how it goes. I think it will depend on how much you use your printer as to if it is a good deal. It is definitely convenient not to have to remember to order ink.

This is a terrific program. Every time my printers died, it always seemed like I just bought new cartridges and when I purchased another printer the cartridges couldn't be used on the new printer. Now, this program allows us not to have to stack up our toner/cartridges. Great savings!!!

No need to remember when you last replaced your ink .Also you wont run out in the middle of an important paper. I just bought my printer and have only run test and set up pages and receive an e-mail saying my replacement is on the way !

I purchased the HP Instant Ink for my son's HP printer. This program is great and saves you money. It saves you time, effort and money since HP sends you the ink directly to your doorstep. So now no more running to the store late at night because he ran out of ink.

I was introduced to this plan by the HP guy who happened to be at Best Buy when I purchased my printer. I was spending at least $15 a month on ink for my previous printer and would not even use it all the time. Now I can print everything I need and the quality is very good.

I really love Instaink. I don't have to worry about when I'll run out of ink. I can just expect it to be there when it is almost out. I don't print very much so it lasts a long time. It hasn't been late once.

I no longer worry about running out of ink. I got a new cartridge with plenty of time when starting to run low. I also get notifications when running over my allowance, with option to pay for a few extra pages or upgrade to next level.

It's a must to try it! If for some reason you don't like getting ink for almost 50% off and conviently mailed to you as needed, then this program is not for you. I love it and no longer worry about late night runs to Walgreens to pay a fortune for ink.

Love this program. I get my ink delivered all the time and Being In College full time and working, its the best option so I don’t ever have to worry about looking for ink or remembering I need ink. I recommend this to all who buy HP printers

I got this when I purchased my printer and I do have to say I got my first free link within a week of having this printer now I have plenty of eight to get me through the rest of the year in the pricing for this is great fit any budget

HP ink smart is a very good option to subscribe, we don’t need to buy costly inks. With ink smart we can select packages starts from 1$, based on usage we can select different options available.

My husband and I met an HP rep in the store. I was skeptical but this service has been 100% as promised. We ended up downsizing our plan, but have gotten our money's worth in ink in just months and the refills have always arrived before we need them. Great value and convenience.

HP is great more than I can say for best buy, it's a good thing HP is doing the work and not best buy.

Lets see when we finish the trial, but i think it is a grear program for the use of ink in the house
