Good for people who do a lot of printing. Free is always good too.

It works great, I don't have to worry about going out to get my ink. I have a printer with a brain that orders my ink !!!! great. I didn't like it at first when I got the first order of ink. The cartridges were way too long. I know what I went through with my old printer by buying those new sized cartridges , just because I was told that they fit all printers. they ruined my old printer and that is why I had to buy a new printer. After some nasty phone calls, here and on the other side, I made up my mind that if I worked with them long enough, just maybe I might get them to fit, I HOPED. It did take a while, but FINALLY , I got them in and they work great. Deanna D

Picked up with a new printer. I let the printer sign up out of the box, received 3 months and 300 pages to compensate for starter ink. HP sent replacements very quickly so I have on hand when needed. Don't print a lot definitely more convenient.

We were always running into issues of not having ink to print stuff and would have to run to the store just to finish printing a couple pages. Having the subscription has changed that. We always have ink when needed.

The BestBuy tech was very nice and informative to explain the product and the value. We use lots ink, and this appears to have been the best option, solution. Thank ou=you Best Buy

This is a decent way to pay for printer ink based on the amount of printing you do each month. It is economical and you get ink when you need it without shopping around.

I am glad that I made this purchase. Ink is delivered to your home, based off usage. You establish a payment plan which funds are deducted monthly. Overall, it’s a convenience for the customer.

I am new to this type of program but so far, so good. Received my first package of ink within a few days of my initial purchase. Have not used that yet but look forward to someone else keeping track of when I need ink so I do not run out in the middle of a project!

I never run out of ink and I never have to worry about going out of my way to buy ink. It automatically sends me ink at my house when I start to run low on.

Starting with $2.99 plan and will adjust as needed! Love that my photo printing is free as long as I stay on the instant ink plan, print from my mobile devices, and print 5x7 or smaller! This is HUGH!!

I had a lot of questions and doubts about insta-ink, but our experience so far has been fine. If you have a decent idea how much you print per month, it will likely save you $ in the long run.

I am new to the program but expect it to be advantageous to me as I do not print that much, and with ink cartridges being so expensive if you are not in this automatic refill program I expect to save money!

Salesperson suggested this feature which we didn't even know about. We will never run out of ink again because we will always have back up based on our average usage. Also, can adjust the usage if something changes.

This printer is able to accomplish all the home office neeeds you may encounter. It supports printing from cell phone as well which is pretty sweet. I also like the HP ink service, so I don't need to buy ink myself anymore, saving money on fuel.
