I got the instant ink plan. I was worried that I'd be getting generic ink, but I received genuine HP ink. It came two weeks after I started using the printer.

I signed up for this offer but really have not had enough experience with it yet to say if it is worthwhile or not. If you are a low volume printer, it may be a good value. I need much more time to truly evaluate.

No more worries about ink, easiest way to go! The monthly e-mails about how much ink you've used are great. This plan is much cheaper than going to stores to purchase ink.

We were ready to drop HP because of the high cost of the cartridges. They just didn't last for us. We don't use our printer very much so this is the solution for us. Cartridge is waiting for the printer to tell us it is needed. What's better than that?

Got this service since I hated coming to the store for ink refills. When the ink is almost empty the refill is mailed to me directly. Always arrives in time and I will continue to buy HP products because of this service.

certainly a convenient way to get restocked. It tends to be cheaper than buying the ink when needed unless you only buy ink when it occasionally goes on sale

I love love love this. I am thrilled that I will not run out of ink in the middle of a project only to realize that I need to go buy ink.....this is now a thing of the past. Much cheaper this way.

This is the best thing I did because I don’t have to go to the store to buy ink, I get it in the mail , and what I pay is less than buy in the store.

On the fence about a subscription model for printer ink, but for $3/month, it's probably worth the peace of mind knowing I won't run out of ink.

I can also recommend the HP instant ink option for HP printers for several reasons. It is so convenient and you don't have to check on ink supplies or remember to buy ink when you are out shopping. HP offers plans to suit each user and lets you know when you need ink or to consider a different plan. You can chose between regular ink and XL ink as you wish. It is less expensive than buying it at a store and comes with a recycling envelope to send back empty cartridges. HP website also has different projects to do with the printer and the type of ink you should use. I have saved time and money with this intant ink option and recommend highly.

If you need to replace your cartridges more than 1 time per year this will pay for itself on the first replacement. $36 per year and 1 set of cartridges in store cost $64, it a no brainer to purchase this!

This subscription might be good for users who have to print papers frequently every month, but I felt it was not worth since I was not printing much.

I highly recommend this instant ink program. No more running out of ink for me. It's "magical" how the ink appears in the mail before you run out. We always have ink on hand! Great value. We are definitely saving money on ink.

The monthly ink cartridge plan is easy to monitor online and no last minute runs to office supply to replenish since they deliver right to your home. Love the convenience, and looks to be a good savings.
