For a low fee they monitor our ink use and send replacement cartridges. No more running out of ink. They also provide postage paid cartridge recycling return bags. I could not get my printer recognized by the service but Instant Ink Tech Service solved the issue.

We have made some adjustments to our plans based on our use, which is easy to do. Unfortunately, we just learned that the previously "Print FREE for Life" plan is no longer free...but it's still a good deal. We have it for both of our printers...different plans for each of us, based on usage.
