    I had this an HP cartridge replacement plan with my last HP printer. We were happy then and now. HP has excellent customer service and helped me transition and set up my new plan with ease and gave me credit for my last month for my prior plan for being a prior customer. Seniors on a budget will appreciate any extra help you can get. I did!

    I was going to use Instant Ink anyway so having a $5.00 Instant Ink card to save $5.00 was redundant - since I paid $5.00 for it. It would have been easier NOT to have it since I had to go into Instant Ink and enter the extremely long serial number on the back.
