    I recommend the program. I appreciated this ink program with my previous HP printer. Unfortunately, Best Buy made this offer, but the model of HP I bought this time does not qualify for the program!

    Good program printer talks to hp and lets them know when you are low on ink and they send it to you before you run out.

    I purchased this product thinking it would be so much easier, and when I needed ink, it would be sent instead of having to go to the store. Todate, I have been unable to get the enrollment card updated so I can use it. I just bought a new printer, and that was a bit of a disaster to get it to work, contrary to what the salesman told me when I purchased both items, so I still am unable to get it installed and Best buy wanted $199.00 more to send out the squad to fix the issue. My printer was just over $110.00 , so why would I spend nearly 200 more. Very disappointed in Best Buys tactics, I continue to tell my friends and any one else who will listen.
