    The ink program was pushed hard by Best Buy employees and HP employees. I did sign up since the price would be less than purchasing but don’t like the fact that if you run over the amount of prints you signed up for, you are charged substantially. I will try for a while and see if it’s worth it. You can cancel at any time.

    I like the instant ink. It took three weeks to get it set up. Now when I log into instant ink it says that I only have three months free. My purchase says six months free. This is a mess! I am trying to get Best Buy and the Geek Squad to correct it.

    I grabbed this Instant Ink card without looking at the fine--very fine--print. It was for a new account. I already had an account and was wanting to add funds to it without having to use my credit card. I was able to resolve this problem through HP support. Overall, I do not have any complaint about the instant ink program HP offers.
