Confusing System

I set it up through my printer and received the email confirmation. I actually had to replace one color and I never received an email or anything asking or telling me that an ink replacement was on the way.

The ink itself is quite expensive and doesn't last long, and paying for the monthly plan is quite costly as well since the ink doesn't last long.
