    When I bought this program i was under the impression it would remind me when I was looking at needing a new cartridge. It has been a hit a miss. I needed a cartridge and wound up going to the store to buy one. The only one I have ever received was from my initial set up.

    It is a good plan but I don't like that you can only use instant ink while on the programand sometimes I run out and want to use store purchased ink but have to withdraw from the program in order to do that...I don't like that!

    Be Aware, this item is only good if you plan on having your printer connected to the internet ! Otherwise, copy ran are not monitored thus you are just having ink randomly sent you which is marketing strategy ! Just saying, buyer beware !
