Program sucks

I would not receive the cartridges before they ran out of ink and would have to go to the store to buy cartridges. Cost me more. Plus, when I cancelled, they charged for an additional month. I have to now dispute the charge.

Never able to redeem

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.unfortunately having more than one email caused a problem to redeem and the email I used on printer didn't match with email on purchase. BUT.... the subscription service I purchased later has been great.

Disappointed

All I wanted was a year pre-paid and it asks for other payment methods. I don't want ink sent beyond what I pre-paid for but it appears that isn't an option. I wouldn't recommend this to a casual user.
