    I received this for free with my printer purchase but never used. HP seems pushy about forcing this onto you even when setting up their printers for first use. Hard to bypass but can be done.

    I've had it for 8 months. My ink is very low, no number to call. Haven't received any yet. It seems like I need to print 50 pages a month. I don't think I do, but there's money charged to my credit card monthly.
