This is a good deal but when you travel the Internets used are not stable enough to support it. I have to bring mine printer home when I need ink to get a stable internet connection to let it know when it needs to send ink!!!!

I like having cartridges shipped to me when I'm getting low, but after shutting down my business I had one extra cartridge left that I was unable to use since I wasn't subscribed to instant ink anymore, which was a let down.

This was an perfect addition to my new HP printer.

We used to run out of ink I love that we don't now

Seems like a great idea. but for some reason, I could never get my printer to communicate with hp. It was able to be never set up, even after cs sent me a second cartridge

Sounds like a great idea, but am not able to use with printer I bought. Not compatible. Display is included by all HP printers as if it were compatible with all - not the case. Caveat emptor.

We probably won't do much printing so I won't be enrolling in this monthly plan service. If/when I need ink I'll purchase. Sounds like it would be convenient for someone who prints a lot.

I have installed and no problem. it is easy to do.

Could not get the activation code to work when I was using my phone. Need to get ahold of customer service to see how to get the code to work so I get a few more months.

This is great if your do lots of printing at home and love home delivery. If you don't do lots of printing, well then you need to weigh your options but free is free while you can get it.

If your in college this is the right for you or print alot

I thought this product was a great idea- automatically get ink mailed to you when it gets low. However, there is a catch- you need to know how much printing you do in a month. For me there are some months that I do minimal printing (I purchased the 50 sheets per month) then other months where I am way over that- causing an addition fee per page. When I tried to cancel it, it states that your ink that you currently have will not work once it's cancelled. I have since purchased ink and once it comes in I will cancel this service.

Unknown Brought for brother. Not sure he even used it. Brought him a printer and he couldnt get it set up so he put it in the trash without telling me. Sorry cant give you info

The ink is readily available at the store or online. The automatic shipping requires putting a credit card on file with the service.

Good idea make sense cost is grey and most of save my time
