Great printer. Easy install. Hasn't had any issues

i purchased the instant ink, and could not use it. i spent hours with support trying many codes to activate this card, to no success, i purchased this and can not use it.

Great savings on ink per yr and even delivered by Mail.

This ink service is good! However, you need to make sure your printer stays connected at all times. If your printer is not connected to the internet, hp will not be able to keep track of how much ink is left in your printer.

I purchased this with my printer. During the on-line registration, I was given the choice of using this certificate or getting 3 months of free service. I selected the free service, hoping there would be a way to activate the certificate later, but found no way to do so. I gave this 2 stars because of 1 because I contacted HP's on-line support and they were able to activate certificate for me. I'm also not sure if I'll keep the ink service because they count pages, not the amount of ink used so if you print a lot of pages that don't use much ink, this service can get very expensive.

We purchased this when we got our printer but have yet to receive any ink. Have been charged but still no ink shipped. They said the printer needs to be linked to the computer.

I really like this idea but I am actually not sure if I actually am using this program. I tried to sign up but never received a confirmation. I will eventually find out when a bottle of ink knocks on my door.

The "Instant Ink" service from HP works best for the price if you print 50 pages per month or more. It makes the ink a more affordable commodity, but for a home-user like me, it tends to encourage waste of paper.

I think the ink refill program is just a great idea

Code on strip was printed at top of strip and not legible. Did not work- waste for money.

This came as an extra in a printer bundle that I purchased from BB. I a have not signed up to use it yet since it is a monthly automatic charge, which i am nervous about.

The ink that comes with and the ink they send you when you sign up for their instant ink I've yet to determine if it will be any different the ink that comes with didn't last very long.

The printing system worked fine for two weeks. In the middle of an important project, system stopped working and said I could not print unless I am a member! I AM A MEMBER!!! A member who cannot waist time with a program that will occasionally kick me off! This is beyond frustrating. I could not finish my work project in a timely manner. Embarrassing. Now I must take my time to work around the system. I attempted to sign-in with my password, no luck. Of course, no one is manning the phones.

Printer was purchased for a friend. He has a hard time trying to keep the printer connected on line and has to do a set up every time. Time consuming having to reset the printer. He uses it for his business,

I was not able to use the card . When I scratched off the numbers the pin was not visible.

This feature for printers does not tell you that your cartridges get encoded with a security feature; you can't use the cartridges an any other printer once you install them!

To me this is a waste of money. I guess if you have a heavy workload then this product might work out well fir you. Other it's just a way for HP to get more money out of its customers.

I was told by the BB salesman (Asst. Mgr.) this would work on my printer; however, it doesn't, even though my printer is one year old. Had to return. Wasted time and gas!

As part of the printer bundle, it was a free accessory. It has $5 in value and allows you to signup for free ink. It was useful to get a month or 2 of free ink service.

Got for my father (over 80 years old) and he didn't want to use it. He doesn't print a lot . So it seems like a good deal but can't really say since he didn't activate it.
