So, tried to install Instant Ink and error message said it was already installed. Tried again, and it changed the printer brand name to something else. Tried again, and couldn't finish it. Called for help. They tried or over an hour to no avail. Bumped it up to programmers and was told they have no ideas. No instant ink. They did send the new cartridges though but can not track what we are doing.

The card came as described, but HP instant ink isn't worth the price. Just buy a normal ink cartridge and save yourself the hassel.

Received this as a gift. Sometimes i need more anf Sometimes less ink. Haven't found a happy medium.

I just learned that if you cancel this service then you provide ink cartridges will not be recognized.

I don’t think auto refill is good since the ink for the printer I chose runs out so fast. So for this particular printer I didn’t use this feature

I love the fact you don't have to worry about running out of ink. However, I hate getting charged for ever page even when some of them are blank or nearly blank.

Send me a defective black in cartridge. No printer is defective and will not print black. Besides the mess, HP's solution is I send them more money and buy a new printer direct from them, for more than I paid for the original printer. Polite outsourced foreign technician, but only knows how to say no 100 different ways. Bottom line this instant ink program sent me a defective cartridge and now I am out of luck.

Bought this for my printer, only to find that it isn't equipped to handle Instant Ink. Look closely before you buy this to make sure your printer is able to accept it.

I maybe print once or twice a quarter. I feels like I am replacing whole cartridges often because these are dry. Wish HP would fix this.

The value of the instant ink program is just ok. It would be nice if they reduced the price further.

Okay if you use your printer this way. Not good if you print a lot because you have to choose a fee to pay.

I think this is nice option to have, but my printer usage varies month to month. That makes it hard for me to gauge which plan works best.

This may or may not work for you. If you like monthly plan set up, it works. If not, it’s not for you. Do your research first.

Did not like the idea of not controlling when I purchase ink. However I can see how this is appealing to others .

HP help desk closed before I could get the full details of how this system works but the brochure looked good and the prices didn't seem all that bad.

We don't print enough sheets per month to achieve the minimum limit. May be a good deal for someone who prints more sheets.

This is not worth it. HP ink subscription service is way more difficult to use. If you have any ink remains from this cartridge during subscription period, you can not use this if you cancel this service. Even if you do not print, you need to pay. Per page print cost go e super high now. This is only benefiting HP, not anyone else.

Lenovo laptop. A couple things stopped working before 30 days. Hum was it a refurbished?

Gotta be honest I have no idea what this is as it came free with my purchase of new all in one printer. I need to figure this out
