Misled by salesman

HP makes that an easy decision by giving 3 months free. I do have some concerns. If you drop out of the program, HP will disable the ink in the printer. I can see not sending you any more ink, but disabling the ink in the printer is wrong. We were going on vacation for 2 months, I tried to put the program on hold - I spent over an hour on the phone and eventually gave up.

I was disappointed because I have been doing a lot of printing and I did not want to buy a new printer like they recommended.
