As a newly elected adjutant of my local American Legion post, I sometimes have to print a lot. One day I suddenly saw a message on my printer that I was no longer enrolled and could not not use the instant ink cartridges. No other explanation given.

Not good to force user to pay

Best Buy site is not allowing me to give 1 star, so had to give 2 star.
