Purchased same day i bought new computer . Unable to use even though stickers on computer saying it came with trial. Computer not compatible with program.

This product is vetty good deal. Worth the cost. Sweet.

Pretty irritated with this. So HP had this deal going. Free ink sent to you if you don't print above like 10 pages a month. Okay, cool. Look around a bit and it seems a solid deal do I tried it. Now, HP has changed the deal so it's no longer free. Buh bye! Getting the re-furb ink cartridges off the internet now.

Not easy to set up and register with HP !!!!!!!!!!

Came as part of a printers purchase. Difficult to understand terms and how it worked so not planning to use. Best Buy needs to do a better job of explaining the product.

With printer entitled to 12 mas. HP ink , right? The why purchase a plan for $5.50. And Bestbuy charged me twice. Still waiting for refund after one month. What gives ??

This promotion for their ink cartridges and auto refill is not much of a value. Unless you are a high volume user who likes things to just show up at their door, you won't find much value here.

I made a mistake somewhere with this. I was on automatic reorder and didn't realize I could get free toner for six month. I figured that out later on. Can I still get my free toner?

I decided after purchasing the monthly ink plan that it is not for me. I read the fine print. Hp can deactivate the ink remotely and will when you end your contract. That s giving too much control to a manufacturer.

At the store this sounded like a great idea, however when we got home I seen the real expense it was going to be. This could be great for some but not us

I love the idea of always having ink AND good savings, but I have failed twice in trying to set this up. A+ for the idea from HP, but a grade of F for ease of set up and lack of useable help from HP.

I’m excited to try this but so frustrated I can’t get it to work. I’ve heard people who love this. I would recommend but can’t get it to work

After the reading the fine print I backed out of this "deal' as soon as I could. I'm not sure I like the idea of someone being able to charge my credit card an indeterminate amount for going a word over the agreed amount. Also, since wifi is involved this company has total access to whatever documents I print. This includes my family's photos, grandkid's pics, etc... I'll pass. READ THE FINE PRINT! This really isn't the "deal" proposed.

I'm not a fan of the instant ink. Price adds up quickly each month. Plus, the HP ink doesn't last all that long. I typically buy it on ebay cheaper than through this program.

Could not return this card. Don't know why or even understand why. I gave it a 2 only because i know hp products are good. This sounds good but I cannot truely give a good review.

This item could not be used with this model computer. So you need to refund the money I paid for it.

I thought purchasing this card would have been perfect. Recieving the ink in the mail. But I was mistaken. It didn't work on my computer/ printer.

I have instant ink program for my husband and just purchased for my grandson who is starting college. This program is great, haven't run out of ink yet!

I was instructed to purchase this plan when I got my Envy 5000 series printer online. I followed the instructions which stated that with this plan I would receive my in "automatically" when it was low. I signed up for the lowest costing plan to test it out. Well now we ran out of ink and when I logged in to "hpinstantink.com" it tells me I cannot use this service for my 5000 SERIES PRINTER!!!!! Now I have to go to Best Buy in person to make sure I don't get charged monthly for ink which I am not receiving....UGGGGH REALLY BAD!!!!!!!

Have not been able to access this feature since setting up the new Office jet pro 6978 printer. When making the initial setup we were prompted (can't access this feature at this time)
