This was offered in the package we purchased, but with the volume of printing we do we have not taken advantage of it.

Shipping times are increased now with the COVID crisis. I do not have my next shipment and ink is getting low.

Didn't sign up for instant ink - not convinced I'll save money in the long run, and don't want to be tied to a plan.

Ink purchase plan seems overly complicated. Not sure if it's worth it. Already I see I miscalculated my monthly print output

It wasn't useful for my HP printer at all ,so I could not use it

Hp has already sent me new black and color ink and I don't need it yet. I need to let them know this doesn't work so I can figure out how to change

I tried and tried to get this activated to no avail, not saying it's impossible, just no luck for me. Good idea for those in need. Not a good purchase for me.

I was unable to utilize the this product because it required some additional information that I did not have access to or the Best Buy store employee. The information was some number that was suppose to be on the receipt . However, that was not available either. Needless to say, I have not benefited from this purchase. I hope that you would be able to remedy this problem for me. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I guess I don't see the advantage of using this plan. There's no way to predict the future and how much ink you will or won't use and so it didn't seem worthwhile for me. I cancelled it. I'd rather just buy the cartridge and not worry about 'monthly' usage/costs or needing to change plan to another amount. Not well explained in store either.

"Instant Ink" will have to take a hit, as HP customer service/tech support is LOWEST of the LOW. So bad, in fact, I returned the ENVY series printer, and HP company didn't have the wherewithal to stop the Instant Ink even tho I gave them the courtesy of a phone call.

Could not figure how to set it up to get my $5. I signed up and subscribed but no $5.

I purchased the plan but if your plan ends you are unable to use your printer. You need to replace your cartridge again.

Your printer send a message to HP and it orders ink for you which is great for business but I don't recommend if you won't be printing much.

I ran out of ink after 40 pages and did not get a replacement cartridge for three more weeks.

I don’t even know what this is or whf it was delivered by a driver to my home

If you print a lot of things and hate running out of printer ink than this would be a great plan for you.

I can't get help finding my digital pin code/ key I purchased for hp instaink. I tried to get help with several agents who weren't able to help me. They just kept transferring me. Then when I tried to chat, the agent said thanks and clicked off. I wasted money and had to go through HP, which is what I should have done in the first place. It's a gimmick.

tried to order redeeming card purchased, Did not allow code. to be inserted. Result was another card received but no ink cartridges. Would not believe it was so hard to get ink cartridges. Have been out of ink for almost a week. I was told by daughter what a great way to never run out of ink!!! PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

I would hardly use ink and then it would dry out so I tried this. I think it's still cheaper to just buy the ink.

This was pretty useless. I didn't even need it so it was tossed in the trash.
