So the constantly renewing ink deal HP is doing doesn't have much value to me. You have to use so much ink by a cdrtain time.Maybe if you're a power user it would be a good program. Otherwise it's a waste of money.

I really did not want this product ..but bought it to make the HP rep happy

Couldn’t use my printer, bc their customer service was not available to get the system working when I needed it. Would NOT recommend. Threw this out and bought another brand.

I don’t print a lot so this program / product isn’t for me.

Kind of a rip-off. They gave me "free ink" but it's not really free. You pay for the pages you print regardless if you run out of ink or not. The ink is always free, but they advertised giving me X amount of free ink along with it.

If you get a printer there is no guarantee that your ink won’t run out. Mine ran out never got a replacement even with subscription and now it is no longer available. Just purchased in April and not even 6 months later it’s unavailable

Can't use cartridges even if unused if you don't remain in program

For me this deal isnt worth it i just dont use enough ink

I received this as a bonus offer with my new printer. Unfortunately, several of the numbers in the code were unreadable when I scratched off the area. So, I was unable to claim my bonus "instant ink."

I can't use this because best buy had the printer I wanted to be picked up on Portland, Or and I live in Washington state, 4.5 hours away!!!! So this ink card came but i can't use it and can't return it! YOU SUCK BEST BUY!!

Instant Ink sent us a defective tricolor cartridge and despite many attempts to reach them to get a replacement, I have not been able to get them to communicate with me except a preprogrammed unhelpful automated system.

you can't use instant ink if you are not on a private network, I'm in the military leaving in the barracks where wifi services are limited and hp will not work with you in anyway super not helpful I couldn't even get a refund for it

I was looking forward to never running out if ink again but after peeling off silver coating one number was unreadable and could not start service. This in spite of the silver peeling off cleanly with no problems.Should have just gone on line and purchased service directly from Hp.

I love the concept but hubby couldn’t find our printer as an option so we could not use the service. Ran out of black toner and just went to the store to buy a cartridge. Will try to resolve it but until then.... one star rating. ☹️

The Card does not accept 952 ink refills. I was really bummed out about this. They really should let the rep at Best Buy know this so they can tell them!

I was sold this product but it was not for my printer and I was hassled when I tried to take it back to the store. I did finally get my money back but this was the reason I purchased that particular printer to use the instaink. I did keep the printer however because the photo quality is awesome

Once you sign up you are locked in to extra cartridges being shipped to you even if you still have ink and then they bill you for overage usage but do not credit for under usage during a billing cycles.

I am disappointed with HP on this product. I was supposed to get 3 months free with instant ink and then an additional month free with the purchase of printer but HP's site would not allow me to continue my registration for this trial. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

I purchased this for my satellite office printer. What a disaster. Rushing to print documents for Court and in 3 hours, printing was stopped and basically put on hold FOUR times while ink level and pages printed information was uploaded. I cancelled the service immediately.

I don’t like having to use this program with my new printer. Hard to install printer into program and I’d rather buy my own ink when I need it!
