For some reason, I could not sign up for this promotion by HP. I will tell you that the ink cartridges that come with it did not last long. If you do a lot of printing and photos, this may work for you. I do not.

I purchased the 50 pages per month plan but can't get it to load - don't know what the problem is and haven't had a chance to go to the store and inquire. I'm sure it is something simple I missed.

I thought it was to add money to my hpinstant account. It is only good for initial account enrollment.

I was trying to discuss the printer I was buying and this belligerent ink peddler keep interrupting us as I tried to find out the wireless options for the printer I was buying, sorta sorry I bought an HP printer

I decided not to sign up for this and did state that I would buy my own ink. Now, EVERY time I print something a window comes up where I am supposed to sign up for this. How do I get this window to STOP appearing?

Don’t buy this. I got charged a random amount of money that had nothing to do with what I signed up for. I’m still looking into what it was all about. Don’t trust it.

I signed up for the service, got charged the initial fee, was never charged again I have never received a refill on my ink. I even have a login and it says point to my printer but it doesn't seem to work.

They gave an option to sign up for a monthly ink/paper service. I don’t think it’s worth it at all, unless you print a lot.

I am unable to get it set up. Have tried several times. Don’t know how to do it. When I’ve called I’ve waited on hold for way to long and most times have gotten disconnected.

I kept trying to key-in the code but it keeps saying error. I ended up losing my card after trying for several days. Complete waste of money

Subscription for ink replacements that you pay monthly for. We don’t print enough to need that. Print maybe 10-20 page a month and their lowest plan is 50 pages a month.

What is wrong with just printing something at home and buying ink when you need it. This "service" is an invasion of privacy because the printer monitors your printing and sends reports.

I don't even know why I'm reviewing this. But it was free, but I'm not even sure if I'm using it correctly....set up was difficult. Boooo

Just another way for HP to make money. May be financially beneficial if you print a lot, but for casual use, it's probably not practical.

Not happy with this program. I really do not like someone/something else controlling how I print or any automatic payments coming out of account.

Purchased a printer a sales person referred this to me and when I got home 2 activate my printers cartridges weren't covered just a waste of money check to make sure yours are covered

We don’t print that much at home, so we didn’t find this useful. It was included with a printer purchase and we opted not to utilize it because of how infrequent we print.

I want to use this but I am unable to get the claim code that I need to get started. I have tried the suggested options for overcoming the problem, but they have not worked. Help!

I hate subscription services. They make this a pain in the butt. You still get charged monthly even if you don’t need ink.

prolly my fault for not seeing this in the description, but this is nothing more than a subscription service. It does not fit my needs. to be fair, others may L O V E it.
