I never have to go to the store to buy ink anymore! How awesome is that?

I like the fact that they send the ink well before you need it. Before a had an HP, I would run out of ink and not have an extra cartridge , would have to run out to get one. Now I have one on hand. Like the price too.

I really like this option. The ink last longer and you always have backup supplies on hand when you need to change ink cartriges, without having to make a separate trip to store to buy. Convient to keep you stocked with ink based on useage. the only negative I have is if you have a printer that breaks and you are stuck with all the ink that was sent based on your useage there is no option to return unused ink all you can do is send back ink cartridges even if never used in the box they were sent, no refund. But, other than that it is great program.

I think in the long run this will be a money saver

I think it is excellent, to be able to choose the option of copies that you calculate you are going to use a month and to be able to pay so little for the ink.

Best merchandising Idea ever thought of, and its to the benefit of the consumer!! If you use your printer you should have this on every HP printer you have. Unfortunately this service is not backwards compatible. Cartridges contains more ink than the standard replacement so less hassle less often. Never run out of ink again! Once in place works seamlessly for product delivery and free recycle of spent cartridges. In fact you never even think about ink until you receive a notice that the printer itself has ordered replacement ink, well in advance of need! The service on top of that is Very, very, cost effective.

I love love the fact that the ink comes right to ur door and it is a set price monthly for 300 sheets . I m so glad they came up with this. The copier keeps track and let's the ink comp know when u need ink ..its a must buy..
