So far so good. I received my instant ink right away. I didn't put it in my printer yet because the box tells you to wait until the ink runs out in my printer first. I feel good about never running out of ink again. I picked the smallest amount of pages because I save just about everything to .pdf, now, instead of printing. The instructions say that billing will not start until I insert my instant ink cartridges, so we will see how long the starter cartridges will last. $4 a month is a manageable amount to pay for genuine hp cartridges. Much better than paying $30 or $60 up front and having the ink dry out. Anyway, I am happy with my purchase so far. :)

I think it is excellent, to be able to choose the option of copies that you calculate you are going to use a month and to be able to pay so little for the ink.

The ink program is great! It has saved me lots of money

The ink quality is awesome and the cartridges are sent automatically. When dusplaying Low Ink on your screen, you do not have to call to order. It is send directly to you before you run out of ink.

First time set up very easy HP print quality out does my other printer's the e-print software allows me to remotely print from any location even from my phone and on the road with the 4G excellent product and cartridges were sent in a timely fashion no more running out and running to store

you can't beat the value this monthly subscription provides. not to mention the ease of reordering. it so convenient due to fact the printer knows when you're low and needing paper.
