I liked the way HP can know when you are low on ink and send it to you. I almost did not consider this option, but so glad I did. I can also save money with this deal. Thanks HP!

Easy to reorder, the copier tells you when to order

Right after I signed up my printer, that I also got at Best Buy stopped working so till I get back to Best Buy to get it fixed I wont know if its a great value or not. Hopefully Best Buy will honor the 1 year warranty on the print head, as that is what my printer says is the problem.

I love this ink program. You will never run out as the printer communicates to HP. I do wish there was a 200 page option as 100 a month is just too small

This service is still too new to really know what to expect. The ink is not as vibrant as I would like and it runs out quite fast. I've only had my printer for a little over a month, so I will see later how this service works out.

This program is amazing it doesn't only save you money but it's very convenient. However I would say to get the $4.99 or $6.99plan for the 100 pages 50 isn't enough for a college student.

Love my instant ink! Always have it when I need it and much more cost effective. Can easliy manage copy numbers on the website for times of need!

I like this deal, I do not have to reorder the cartridge, it is done instantly, remote monitoring Via wireless connection. Easy to use, great product.

Are used to always be nervous never I was wanting to print something to my ancient printer because it was so expensive. So I often times then I would not even use up the ink that I own and when I wanted to finally print something I had to go spend another $15-$20 to buy ink. The instant Inc. program solves that with another subscription service. However when I was not impressed with what is this little amount of time it took for the first set of ink to get shipped to us

I have never had much luck with this product. Constant printer connection problems to monitor ink use. I do not print very much any more so I decided not to use it. If you have a good internet connection and print a lot then I would say to give it a try! Hope you have better luck with it than I did!

We are glad we decided to purchase this. Not only do you get free prints the first few months (we were able to get six months free), but you also never run out of ink because it is delivered to your doorstep! And it comes before you run out so there is waiting! This definitely came in handy just a few nights ago when I was prompted to change the cartridge while printing late at night. Any other time the print job would have had to wait until morning. But because my ink had come weeks in advance, the backup cartridges were just steps away!

I was very skeptical at first but it turned out fine. The first set of cartridges came exactly when I needed ink. I was amazed. Great value for your money.

Last a long time. Very easy to replace cartriges. Also is enexpensive. Downlaoding the hp app helps alot with keeping track of ink levels.

They take out a few dollars each month for the ink. So much better than spending a ton of money all at once. Plus, it's so convenient. No more making time and fighting traffic.

This ink program was the main reason that I purchased my first HP Printer. The cost is VERY reasonable. I used to spend approximately $200/yr on ink on my previous printers. But since this program is only $36/yr. the savings literally paid for my new printer. I received my first box of replacement ink the first week that I signed up for the ink program. They were sitting there waiting for me when I ran out of ink this week. It was so convenient to just have them there and pop them into my printer. No more searching for the best deal out there on the Internet or running up to the store. I LOVE this ink program and definitely recommend it to everyone.

must admit that i am still measuring my usage of printing. it has made me mindful of what I am printing and what i am going to do with what i am printing. the convenience of the refills being made available as the printer measures usage is a good feature. over time i hope to get a better feel of whether my usage requires me to increase by refill for more than 100 prints per month? I probably will have to bump it up a bit.

Too early to tell - if the program works as stated, it will save us money. We have only used our new HP printer for a few months and already have a full set of replacement ink cartridges sent from HP - the printer has not requested new ones be installed yet. So far, working well!
