I am not sure what to really say about this product other than in my experience it's better to buy the name brand printer ink than the other stuff or refills. This seems to work just fine. My only complaint is the price of ink and toner in general — way too high in my opinion, but that's not Best Buy's fault.

Colors are vibrant, last longer than other brands.

the blue cartridge did not work had to call HP. They sent a new one. I have purchased several of these multipacks and this is the first time there was an issue. Store will not replace an open cartridge so had to deal with HP customer service which was not as easy as it sounds. I did get the cartridge replaced though.

Recently, I needed to refill my HP ink supply but was unable to get out, With fear and trepidation, I tried to do this online with home delivery, This was great. Will do this in the future on future purchases,

I have an HP printer that is about 15 years old and it works so great. I have always used real HP printer cartridges, and I think that has added to my printer lasting that long.

Five star product! It was easy to order online and I picked up the order at my nearby local store to avoid shipping charges. It was my first time to order online but I will use this service again in the future. The pricing was better than at my local discount store.

This was just a normal replacement of printer ink. We have always gone with using HP ink since almost the very beginning. Once, & only once, we used a generic brand & suffered the consequences with poor quality color. We'll stick with HP for our HP printer.
