It is great that Best Buy carries the HP564 ink instore. I made my purchase online and was able to go in and pick up my purchase quickly.

The cartridge was fine but my 8 year old printer head finely stopped working and I had to get a new printer (Brother).

I believe HP has a great product. Of course they are very expensive. HP has everyone hook on using their product. I would like to know if other products can be used in their equipment?

The ink is good however it does not last long enough for the amount it costs. Only recommend because it fits my printer.

Best prices in ink found at Best buy. I go to Best Buy because I receive good customer service , associates that are trained well in their dept.

I am very happy with the multipack of ink available at Best Buy because I can change all of my ink at the same time. Price compared them with staples and overall a better deal at Best Buy.
