Something is missing

I will say that either the design of the cartridges needs and upgrade or my machine needs an upgrade but i can never just install the bew ink and have them accepted. Its a whole process to gwt the machine to read them as genuine. Once workibg, full color on prints

My family has used H-P products for years and we work them to death and then replace them with the newest model. These products serve us only in personal business -- particularly in photo printing,Product performance is great overall and we will continue to be H-P customers and be back for more cartridges!.
