    The original HP cartridges are a little more expensive than an "off" brand, but they work without issues. The printer automatically recognize the cartridges as HP. It would be nice if HP would include the return envelope for used cartridges with purchases.

    I always order my ink from best buy. You get super fast shipping free of charge and the prices are always fair. I would give this ink 5 stars if it would just last a little longer. Seem like it's always I'm always running low on ink... But not to worry I can always expect to get my next shipment of 564 ink cartridges the next day from Best Buy when I'm running low and place my order.
