    The shelf where my product was located was empty and an associate asked if she could help me find anything. I told her what I was looking for and she said let me look around. She was able to find my product in a different location. I thanked her and she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. The check out was easy and the young lady was very helpful and nice. It was a good experience.

    I usually purchase a complete compliment of cartridges at the same time. Getting a savings when I do that is good. The additional plus of having less packaging is another good thing. Being disabled an unable to drive being able to order on line and have these delivered directly to my home so they are on hand before I run out is awesome.
