Once I experimented using refurbished/reloaded cartridge, they ruined my printer. The ink melted and plunged the inkjets. I had saved a few buck and ended having to purchase a new printer. Lesson learned. Rafael

Bought my products on line, had comparisons to other items, information on which printer it works with, how many pages usage, different choices of what is included in the packs. easy ordering and quick delivery.

Great product, fits my printer. Was on sale, but had to prove it to clerk. They had no sale paper at register and came up as regular price. After going through about 4 people they found the right price on line.

My granddaughter is 5 years old. I am 80. Since her birth I have collected pictures of her from my mac. These books will be hers to play with as she pleases.

I like to have a spare of each color on hand. This multipack allows me the ease of only having to buy one carton, giving me each color plus reducing package waste for the environment.

This ink is true to color. It is an awesome product. You can always trust HP products. I have never had any issues with HP ink or their other products.

I use a lot of color ink. I applaud Best Buy for having this in stock when needed. There is never a time I cannot find it on the shelf! The concept of supply and demand works well here!!!

HP is good quality, one problem though these are quite expensive and do not last long. Most of the time you have to replace all colors and black.

This purchase gave me problems once loaded into the printer there was an ink reading error. The conections did not connect. The message told me to install a new ink cartridge. What? Just spent $60. Wiped connections and so far so good.

I ran out of ink for my HP printer and came to Best Buy to purchase black ink and multi color ink. The sales person at Best Buy was very helpful in helping me find the correct ink for my HP printer.

GUESS OK THEY WORK COLOR SEEMS TO BE OK BUT HAD ISSUES WITH THE BLACK CART. COULD NOT TELL BY PACKAGING IF IT FOR FOR THE BIG BLACK REPLACEMENT OR THE THINNER CART. REPLACEMENT. HAD TO GUESS AT IT.

I was very pleased that the order came to my home within 24 hours after ordering! I always order the HP ink, and was glad to receive it.

when i go to best buy they will give you the straight information unlike some of the standard locations on certain products,particularly cell phones

Excellent service. I was in and out of the store in 10minutes. Came in contact with three different employees and was treated efficiently and courteously.

The fitbit HR allows me to track daily steps, sleep, flights of stairs and all viewable on my wrist except sleeptime. I especially like the capability to sink my music through the fitbit app when I run.

For some reason, this cartridge wasn't easily available. Costco didn't have it. I was happy to find it on Best Buy's website. It was delivered on time.

I always purchase the bundled ink for my HP device because it saves money. Depending on how much you print the the regular or XL may be better but this bundled pack suits my needs and I print a lot.

Always purchase HP ink at Best Buy. However, just got a new printer at Best Buy so have moved to New ink number. I wouldn't keep coming back if I weren't satisfied. I also buy appliances there.

Ink for printers are way way to much - I try to always buy when on sale, so I keep my eye on sales ads. That's a must ink for printers are just to high - you would think it was made out of gold or oil.

I've been shopping at Best Buy for decades and I do not shop anywhere else to satisfy my appetite for electronics. I adore the Geek Squad and I'm thoroughly pleased with their technical savvy.
