I have an HO device that can only use the 564 cartridges. However Bestbuy recently went up on the price. So much. I am considering replacement ink.

I use HP ink for both my printers,we seem to empty a cartridge faster than we think we should. Why does the printer need to use photo black even if we don't print pictures?

We have used this brand of ink from Best Buy for several years and are very pleased with the product, whether used for 8.5"x11" normal printing or photographic quality prints.

Always good to get these as combo when buying ink, that way you can just replace as they get used. Rather than buying them individually as they run out.

Ink is good but always way to expensive. So it’s a given you have to buy it. Thank goodness this is great stiff

Store personnel, I came in contact with were very, very pleasant and cheerful people. The price of things is important, but the help you get from the employee helps more.

It's ink. You need it for your printer to work. What else is there to say? It's silly HP locks their printers to use just their ink, and it's silly they are so expensive, but you need it to make your printer work.

Easy to find on BestBuy shelf. Courteous BestBuy associates. Price competitive with other stores. Easy to install.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a good printer to try HP printers good quality and photos are great looking, inks are cheaper than other brands too

I just paid $83.72 for the two cartridges: one XL Black and a combo pack of the three colors!!! Crazy prices for “ink”!!! I can buy a new printer for less. AND after installing the new cartridges, I find that the black cartridge won’t print. Best Buy advised that they believe that the roller for the black ink no longer works properly. Now, in addition to wasting almost $84 for ink, I need to purchase a new printer! All of these cartridges were never used!

I think the ink is very expensive. I have considered using 'refill' cartridges but have been advised against this. If I ever need a new printer I will check ink prices before purchasing one.

I have used this product for many years and it does well for a while however the colored ink dries out too quickly

Its ink. It prints onto paper. HP ink is very expensive. If you have a printer that only recognizes official HP ink, you don't have much of a choice.

Gotta have it for printing in color. I have found that cheap printers require expensive ink and visa versa. I spent a little extra in the printer this time and am being rewarded by less expensive ink.

Ink quality is fine and printings come out with great color. the only problem I have is the cartridges don't last very long. Time for a new printer.
