I thought photo paper would be included. After I received product I went back to look at what I ordered and then it was clear to me that it was just the ink. Had I known I would have ordered one of the items that came with photo paper for the same price.

Expensive little cartridges that runs out quickly. The HP printer won't allow the XL cartridges, so no choice. HP also puts an expiration date into them so they run out before the ink is used up. I've gone to a Brother laser for most of my printing.

The only reason I did not give this a hire rating is that my computer gave me a message when I put it in that this was a fraudulent ink cartridge. It does that often may be some type of glitch with the computer.

Not much ink in the colored cartridges for what they cost

Had to go with standard HP printer cartridges. When I installed into my printer, it displayed as not completely full in the settings. Looked at reviews and this seems to happen quite a bit.

It was not so much as the product BUT the purchase. I purchased ink over 65.00 used my Best Buy card to purchased. I did open and tried to update printer to our computers but couldn't had to buy a new printet HP what i had.So I wanted to return ink. No return couldn't get some sort of store credit or anything. Money down drain. Now when I purchased it I asked and was told something different.I understand Staples has a program for ink. I am sure you could tell if any ink had been used.Make sure you speak with an Associate that is or knows what they are talking about. I forgot to mention that they didn't even know where the ink was located.....remodeling

In general Ink replacements don't last very long and are expensive. I understand the technology and this is not meant to be a bad review of Best Buy or anyone. I pray that the technology is enhance so Ink replacements last longer.

Soon moving to another printer with different cartridges. Found these print cartridges expensive and didn't last long. Overall good print quality though.

I went to best buy for printer cartridges that went with the printer I bought from you. I was told they did not make what I was looking for. I purchased them at best buy previous to this and there wasn't a problem. The salesperson said he has been there two years and what I was asking for did not exist. I bought what he recommended and then my grand daughter and I went to the office max in that same strip of stores and I purchased what I was looking for. It did exist! I knew it. I had purchased it from best buy before.

What can I say about an ink. If I don’t print a lot it will last you. If you do print A lot get a couple of packs

The ink is working as intended. Process for ordering was seamless

I purchased an HP All-In-One for additional work sometimes done at home. I don't feel like I ever get even 100 copies out of this cartridge, even though I keep the printer on the lowest quality print setting. I also tried getting the XL in this cartridge, and got a little less than double of what I normally get. HP needs to improve these cartridges as they are far too expensive for the results received. On a positive note, I will say that the print quality is good, even on the lowest setting.

Well what can i say I am kind of stuck buying the only cartridges that work with the printer I have. I can i am disappointed with the limited amount of printing I can do with these.

Nice design but it did not fit my small and recessed car vent system. It was not designed to be flexible enough to modify. I would recommend this but with a caution that it may not fit.

Needed ink for my new all in one printer. Didn't want to sign up for HPs subscription service, so went to Best Buy, and they had what I needed. Thanks Best Buy!

The ink cartridge always seems to have one color run out early. Also, don't understand how ordering ink online is more cost effective. Does BBuy add significant cost increase?

Same as the black. Works well when you first get them but after time of limited use seems like the ink is going somewhere other than on the paper.

After I cleaned and aligned my printer the ink still didn't flow properly. I printed 20 pages and to shake the cartridges and realign printer. It worked properly after the second realignment.

I barely use my printer but always seem to buy ink. I have to replace all the ink 4 times a year. Maybe made 300 copies and barely 100 pictures a year. I have had the printer for almost 3 years. The ink costs $60 each time. I read switch to HP over cannon because of ink cost and how much you get out of them. Not even close.... I would barely buy 2 sets a year with same usage. Also, normally my canon would run out of colors randomly telling me it uses them properly. It seems odd that the HP would run out of ALL ink at the same time since day one.

Inkjet cartridges are dramatically overpriced! Epson eco models are about the only cost wise solution.
