    One thing about HP ink. It's never a full cartridge. And if you don't use it. You'll still run out of ink. Pricey for something that is not that great.

    For the price of the ink cartridges I would expect them to last longer than they do. I'm not able to print as many pages as I'd like before the ink runs low.

    This has nothing to do with Best Buy and everything to do with HP. They have made ink outrageously overpriced. When you buy a printer, make sure it is good on ink,

    The HP564 3 pack ink cartridge does what is expected, although quite pricey. You may be better off purchasing a new printer using less expensive ink.

    I don't know for the products but hp is a grand company. My concern is about for the services from warehouses work handling all merchandise because I had to returned to Best Buy store because both cartridges had damaged with tire forklift so I know isn't not Best Buy or HP

    Not huge on these inkjet printers. Costs so much for these replacement cartridges. Plus they inevitably dry out before you can use all the ink.

    Either the ink dries up or it runs out no happy medium. When I buy the multi pac there are the three colors and photo but I wish it had black XL too
