For what you pay for replacements over a 3 or 4 times you could buy a new printer. They should make cartridges that are either less expensive or that last longer.

When I went to load my new ink received error message that there was trouble with the cartridges. Because of this I had to go to the store for a replacement.

When you receive a cartridge that is defective, you can:
- request a replacement or a refund from the seller
- contact us if it is a defective genuine cartridge that is not replaced by the seller (and it is still within the warranty ends date on the cartridge): hp.com/contactHP

This is not the case. This ink dries out to quickly. And it's expensive as well. I would hope the HP people would do something about this problem.

Put the ink in printer wouldn't work, it did many of the self tests and it still wouldn't work. More than half of the ink was used up with several tests. Decided to buy a new printer and not an HP product !
