I thought that I mixed up the cartridges with the used ones, but after trying several times, the printer kept giving me the same message. The message was that the cartridges had been used before.

I bought the seperate one for black ink & was instructed to purchase another single box of black. I explained it wld be too big. Salesperson stated they changed the packaging changed & it wld fit. It was too big, it couldn't be returned b/c I opened it. I went to Staples and they had the small black photo ink needed. More training was needed.

The printer that I had showed a low ink indicator. After replacing the cartridges the printer still would not print black. I ended up having to purchase a new printer and have no use for the cartridges. Because they were opened, Best Buy won't take them back.

I am sorry that the cartridges don't work well in your printer. There are instructions online about how to return them.
According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."
